Support for industrial customers is particularly important, as any unplanned downtime can be extremely costly. Therefore, one of the key challenges is to keep unplanned downtime to a minimum.
GYS and TRAK join forces
TRAK has over 30 years of experience in servicing industrial electronics, including welding equipment and rectifiers. In response to our customers’ needs, we have joined forces with the French manufacturer to establish an Authorized Warranty and Post-Warranty Service Center for GYS welding machines, plasma cutters, and rectifiers.
We have also established a dedicated component warehouse at our headquarters, allowing us to resolve most faults as quickly as possible.
