An important stage of our operations is the precise adjustment of the encoder position on the servomotor shaft. This process is essential for the correct synchronization of the sensor signal with the magnetic field of the servomotor. Without professional offset adjustment and EEPROM programming using specialized diagnostic interfaces, even a functional component will fail to ensure stable system operation.

  • Precise cleaning of optical systems as well as glass and magnetic discs using ultrasound, which removes micro-impurities without any risk of scratching.
  • Correct adjustment of the encoder position on the shaft if the encoder was disassembled without recording its position. If the encoder is removed from the shaft during synchronous motor servicing without its position being read, the motor will not function correctly after reassembly.
